PropTech Investment Corporation II (“PTIC”) was a $230 million special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”) with a proven value creation model focused on real estate technology (“PropTech”). On November 29, 2022, PTIC completed its business combination with RW National Holdings, LLC (d/b/a Appreciate), a leading end-to-end single family rental (“SFR”) marketplace and management platform.
